Cognitive accessibility in digital interfaces – insights from users

Digital services are becoming increasingly complex, and many people find them difficult to understand and use. In an ongoing project, funded by the Swedish Inheritance Fund, we are working with users to highlight cognitive barriers on the web and identify possible solutions.
