Thank’s for attending our GAAD 2024 event!

There was a lot of action and a lot of ‘aha’ moments as a team of super-capable users with disabilities demonstrated tools and answered questions pretty much non-stop for three hours.

Some participants looked visibly concerned about how their own websites (don’t) work, but above all there were exciting discussions and many laughs. Just as we wanted it to be.

Special thanks to all of you for coming up with tricky questions. We were particularly pleased that a handful of people who were completely new to the topic of accessibility had found their way to us – that’s the whole idea behind Global Accessibility Awareness Day, to spread knowledge to more people.

Thanks also to Andreas, Fredrik and the whole team @THEWORKS who lent us their beautiful venue and helped with the practicalities.
