Whether you are an employer, employee, job seeker, recruitment or staffing expert, you have probably encountered AI in various contexts. Would you like to share your experiences with us?
We are currently conducting a research project funded by the Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs (BufDir) in which we are investigating how AI-based services affect recruitment, especially for people with disabilities. By gathering experiences from individuals and organisations with different perspectives, we can identify both advantages and disadvantages. Based on this material, we are developing guidance and a checklist for everyone who works with recruitment.
We would like to gather more perspectives and are therefore conducting a series of short online interviews. You can also answer more general questions in our survey:
